My iPad stuck on Apple logo progress bar! Please help!!

Hello,

My title explains the problem but its kinda different

Last time i updated my iPad mini 2 to iOS 9.1 (it was completely new without any data empty)

and it took around 6-7 hours to update complete

Now I rested my settings (not data) and it automatically rebooted and showed the Apple sign

and progress bar below it but it suck on quarter of the bar for around 5 hours to now!!

Please help me i don't want to gk through this everytime.i Update ,Rest ,Restore data.

Thank you please reply as soon as possible!

Do a Force Restart of the device:

Force Restart (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)

1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button

2. Press and hold the Home button

3. Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off, then back on displaying the Apple logo.

The iPad should continue the update after the Force Restart. The progress bar may move a bit, then may freeze again. If this happens, repeat the Force Restart.

Note that you may have to Force Restart a few times for a response.

I did force start around 5 times and it move a little

but is this prolonged time for update or restore normal?

if not how can fix it?

Never mind

i don't know why my iPad takes that long its not jailborken i think

Updated to iOS 9.2 via iTunes for Windows 8.1 and seems that

i..... lost everything 😢
