Q: 3D touch not working on 6S after restoring from 5S

I restored my iPhone 6S with my 5S info, and the 3D touch doesn't seem to be working now, how come?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2

If the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond to touch - Apple Support

If you happen to be referring to using the touch feature of Live Photo, that would not work on photos coming from an iPhone 5S.
