Is anyone else having an issue with their Photos app after the update of 9.2? I have taken a bunch of pictures and video today and now the photo app only shows what i took yesterday and says "Restoring".
I have the iPhone 6 plus 128gb

I also had this problem. I spoke with Apple Support who suggested first backing up my iPhone (if backing up to iCloud, then: Settings>iCloud>Backup), resetting it back to factory (Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings), and then restoring the phone from the backup. This solved the camera and photos app issue for me. Good luck!
Not sure if this started with 9.2 or earlier, but when connecting my iPhone to my pc, I can no longer browse to see photo files only. Photos stored in a ton of folders. Haven't found an easy way to expand folders to import photos. Ideas?
Same thing happened to me exactly. Unbelievable. Have to go through the whole process of backing up and factory resetting and restoring to fix their bug. Oh well, last time I was foolish enough to update my iOS I lost my whole calendar simply from updating the phone even though it was backed up completely.
I had the exact same issue until I changed my phone language in settings. After that everything started to work as usual. I hope this works for you as well. Good luck 🙂
