Macbook pro 15 mid 2010 shuts down when switching between apps or while doing mildly heavy tasks

My macbook pro automatically shuts down on itself while doing tasks like switching between apps or running heavy editting apps.

also this happens when using normally sometimes. It does heats up quite well and the tends to shutdown on it's own but it also happens when its running cool..

please help..😟

If your Mac is shutting down on its own, or restarting on its own, then it may be experiencing a kernel panic. You can learn more about kernel panics, including how to isolate them by using the link below.
