Q: Amazon Video and Amazon Music on Apple TV 4th Gen

Can anyone confirm, as of mid-December 2015, whether the new 4th gen Apple TV includes Amazon Video or Amazon Music on the Apple TV app store?

I'm not talking about AirPlay either, I'm asking about the ability to download the Amazon app to the Apple TV, just as you would to your phone or tablet.

I refuse to upgrade to a new Apple TV until Amazon's apps are made available on Apple's latest connected TV device.

There is no Amazon video or music on the Apple TV.

That's up to Amazon. It's been reported that they are working on an app but no timescale has been announced.
