Am using an iphone 5s, ios 9.2. Whenever i want to backup my icloud, it says that iphone cannot be backed up at the moment. It's been going on for about 3 weeks. It happens too when i want to delete a backup, it says that it cannot be done at the moment. Same thing is happening with my mum's phone- iphone 6, ios 9.2. Please help.

A message says my backup could not be completed
- Make sure you're connected to the Internet with Wi-Fi.
- If possible, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network.
- See if you have enough iCloud storage for your backup, and get more storage if you need it.
