After formatting and the installed Apple apps, a 128 iPad Pro is left with 114 GBs of usable space.

128GB (advertised capacity) in reality is approximately 119GB. Subtract that with space used by iOS, you'll end up with something close to the size mentioned in MichelPM's reply.

Can you do me a favor and check if your screen has a yellow tint to it.. My ipad air 2 screen always had a blueish tint and it seemed whiter.
