got an email saying I need to update my billion info and I can't find how to do that. When I tap on my name under could I don't get a billing option.
I'm also getting notices that FB needs my password repeatedly, and FB is fine.
What's going on?

That is probably a fraudulent phishing email, trying to find out your credit card details. Don't answer emails asking for your billing details, unless you are sure it is genuin, from a sender you trust.
