airdrop still not working after updating el capitan!

everything else working goof(handoff etc), but macbook pro with retina not connecting iPhone 5 and iPad air. and they both connecting very well, tried all the methods i google at the web. i had minor success when I've deleted the iCloud apple id, but then it stopped worked again!!

second thing is-

cannot c my iPhone as a device on my bluetooth prefences, but i can connect to the hotspot on the iPhone-

so

can anybody tell me whats gone worked with my mac?
