if the iteration of your mac was released BEFORE September 30, 2015 you can re-install (wipe and install, not downgrade) your mac to the OS that was available at the time of the release, but not anything before.

This will NOT have any affect on your warranty, I have verified this with Apple Computer on several occasions.

If the iteration of your mac was released at this time. If the mac was manufactured after this date you may not be able to downgrade and any hack to attempt otherwise will void your warranty and potentially damage the stability of the system.

    No.

You can't install and older version of OS X on that machine and Yosemite has been removed from the App Store by Apple so it can't be downloaded under your ID.

No.  The computer didn't come with any OS earlier than El Capitan, so all the ways you can revert to a previous operating system don't exist for you.  You also cannot download the Yosemite installer from the App Store because it's no longer available to download.

Why don't you describe the problems you're having with El Capitan and see if we can help you?  That's what these forums are for.
