Dec 10, 2015 12:51 PM in response to artkohlerby sberman,Your profile above states you have an iPhone 4 running iOS 9.1.
This is not possible, as the highest iOS version the iPhone 4 can run is iOS 7.1.2.

Go to Settings > General > About > Model and tell us what it says there. Someone will be able to tell you which iPhone you have. It is not an iPhone 4.

Dec 15, 2015 4:56 PM in response to artkohlerby KiltedTim,An iPhone 4 is not the same as an iPhone 4S. You have a 4S. Have you re-booted the phone and then tried to re-pair it? Are you able to pair it with any other bluetooth headsets?

Dec 17, 2015 9:55 AM in response to KiltedTimby artkohler,I have re-booted and tried to re-pair. Did not work. I have paired the phone with my wife's car and it works fine so the problem is obviously with the system in the car. Taking it to the dealer tomorrow.
