Q: can't connect ishuffle

I still can't find my ishuffle after looking at this article. I have plugged in my ishuffle. What do I do?

Is your shuffle the current 4th gen model? Make sure the docking cable connector is fully inserted into the shuffle's headphones jack, as shown in this document

iPod shuffle (4th generation): Not seen in iTunes - Apple Support

The fit can be tighter than expected, especially when brand new. If that's not the problem, please post back.

Actually I found out I plugged the cord in the wrong direction. I didn't know that would affect the connection haha

Wrong direction? I don't see how that is possible (since the plug is round), but if your issue is resolve, that's good.
