can't connect ishuffle

I still can't find my ishuffle after looking at this article. I have plugged in my ishuffle. What do I do?

Is your shuffle the current 4th gen model? Make sure the docking cable connector is fully inserted into the shuffle's headphones jack, as shown in this document

The fit can be tighter than expected, especially when brand new. If that's not the problem, please post back.

Actually I found out I plugged the cord in the wrong direction. I didn't know that would affect the connection haha

Wrong direction? I don't see how that is possible (since the plug is round), but if your issue is resolve, that's good. 🙂
