Outlook 2016 calendar not syncing with iOS 9.2

I just updated my iOS to 9.2 and now my calendars in Outlook 2016 will not sync (either way) with my iPhone 6sPlus. I am using a USB. I have verified that "Sync calendars with Outlook" button is ticked in iTunes, I have tried restarting the phone and computer, and I changed the calendar settings around on the phone all to no avail.

The strange thing is that my contacts continue to sync just fine between my computer and phone.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
