Q: A1427 (3rd Gen) Movies app is missing

I have a model A1427 (3rd Gen) Apple TV, and the Movies app is now missing.  It was on the upper left of the main screen, and now it is missing entirely.  I have no way to access my purchased movies and/or to rent/buy new movies.  I'll enclose a picture of how the top row of my main screen now looks.  Thanks for any help that is provided.  Software 7.2(7512)

It could be "hidden"?  Or maybe you should restore...

Hide or show apps from Settings (Apple TV 2nd or 3rd generation)

    1. From the main menu, go to Settings > Main Menu
. If Restrictions are on, you might need to enter your passcode.
    2. Select an app.
    3. Select Hide or Show.

Same thing happened to me and just found out how to fix it.

    Go to Settings-General-Restart-Restore

Voilá!! Your Movies App Icon will be there once the Apple TV restarts

    Happy Holidays!
