My videos won't play, from the camera roll.

since u my iOS software from iOS 8 to 9, my videos in my camera roll seem to just play the loading circle and never play the video. They're old videos and I really want them to work, because of memories etc. Also with my photos they're always blurred with an exclamation mark in the corner.

will I need to go into the apple store to talk to one of the genius' or can I sort the problem myself?
