Dec 13, 2015 12:14 PM in response to Királyby rccharles,Establish an iCloud account for each team.
You will have to have the students login and logout for each of their sessions.
There's good old email.
There appeared to be a conversion process before exporting... Check out what the conversion does to music quality. Standard apps for exporting things. dropbox.com would need to login and logout.

Feb 2, 2016 10:38 PM in response to rccharlesby Király,Thanks rccharles, but iCloud accounts means setting kids up with Apple IDs, and our school district is very reluctant to do that because it involves getting parental permission for each kid (these are kids under 13). Apple does have an Apple ID for Students program to streamline the process but it only seems to be available in the USA, which doesn't help me.
Any third party solutions?

Feb 6, 2016 8:11 AM in response to rccharlesby Király,Thanks, but the likelihood of our school district's IT department allowing us to install a beta operating system on the school iPads is essentially nil. Are there any third party solutions? Our school uses Showbie, which has a Garageband support page which looked really promising at first. But it only allows you to save an .mp3 of the finished Garageband project. It doesn't let you save an in-progress Garage Band project that can be returned to later for further editing.
It's really surprising how difficult this is. If we had laptops or desktop Macs, this would be a piece of cake. I find the iPads so limiting in so many ways.

May 17, 2016 9:24 AM in response to Királyby léonie,The new GarageBand 2.1.1 claims to support "Shared iPad" on iOS 9.3. as pointed out by stevejobsfan0123 here: https://discussions.apple.com/message/30212856#30212856
If your project is still active, give Shared iPad a try (http://appleinsider.com/articles/16/01/11/ios-93-for-ipad-adds-multi-user-suppor t-for-students-new-classroom-app)
