Yes. If you set THAT up, you can play games. But it has to be THAT, not THIS. Otherwise it won't work.

set up this download on my pc. i no longer have a iphone because it got wet but i have a couple games i would love to play again

Go back and read your posts. They tell us nothing that would allow us to help you. What on earth is "set up this download on my pc."? We have no idea what you are talking about. It is impossible to help you until you provide some information such as what are you downloading and trying to set up?
