Still no categories for app store in tvOS 9.1?

I'm an Australian owner of an ATV4. I recently updated to tvOS 9.1 but still do not have categories in the app store. I read this was happening and have seen screenshots. Did Australia miss out or am I missing something?

It's not a huge bother but I'm curious as to why my 9.1 seems to be different to others' 9.1
