Final Cut Pro X 10.0.9 version is not compatible with OS X El Capitan. How to download the latest FCP X version for free from the App Store?

Hi! I've upgraded a new version of the software: OS X El Capitan from OS X Yosemite. So my previous version of Final Cut Pro X 10.0.9 is out of order.

The Mac system says: "Version Final Cut Pro, installed on this Mac, is not compatible with OS X El Capitan. Download the latest version for free from the App Store for the Mac".

But in App Store I see the new FCP X version with price only... How to download the free new Final Cut Pro ?.. Does anybody know?
