mac wont finish boot gets stuck at progress bar
i turned off SIP with "csrutils disable" then i changed my permissions on my hard drive to give me read/write on all files now it wont finish booting. what can I do besides reinstall
MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)
