Q: I got new iPhone 5s (iOS 9.1) on 01-12-2015 , but I found that the phone stopped responding while using whatsapp , I faced this problem three four times . I don't know whether it's because of phone or the app itself , so can anyone give solution ?

I Think my phone is lagging , but I'm not sure whether it's the problem of particular app or the problem in my phone (software/hardware) itself
