Q: Printer printing 5/16" larger than set to

when printing from Illustrator or Photoshop (only two tested, being that all I print from), on two different model printers (canon pro-100 & Canon MP620), apl of my prints print 5/16" larger on both axis' than its set to. For instance, an 8 x 10 print, prints 8 5/16" x  10 5/16".

This wasn't an issue on my 2014 MacBook Air 13.3" with El Capitan, but has been an issue ever since I just bought my new 2015 MacBook Pro Retina 13.3" with El Capitan.

I am dying here, as I use my Pro-100 for work. Any and all help would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance!
