Q: How can I import a photo to a particular iphoto folder with the new El Capitan?

Now that I downloaded the newest OS X El Capitan, the folders I had previously imported my iPhone6 pics too are not available.

I can import them, but not to individual folders.

I'm new to all this, please help!
