Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I see that you are having issues installing Office because JavaScript is not working. JavaScript is normally on by default, but yours might have been turned off at some point. You can turn by following these instructions:
Allow JavaScript
JavaScript is on by default. To change your settings, tap Settings > Safari > Advanced and turn JavaScript on or off. JavaScript lets web programmers control elements of the page. For example, a page that uses JavaScript might show the current date and time or cause a linked page to appear in a new pop-up page.
If you disable JavaScript, you might prevent some unwanted pop-ups. But you might need JavaScript on in order for some websites to work.
They are from the following article:
Safari web settings on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Best regards.

Thank you for your answer to my question. However, Javascript was set to "on". So I couldn't do anything about that, except turning it off and than to turn it on again. Which I tried, but that didn't help. Though I solved the problem by upgrading to OS X El Captitan (version 10.11.2), with Safari 9.0.2. After I had done that, I tried again to login in my Windows account and I got in. So I was able to download Office 365 (version Office 2016).
With regards,
Jan
