i can't hear my callers during calls....volume is too low
The volume is too low .....i tried the side button and set it to the max .....it didn't work &still volume very low....i have an iphone 5s .....any help?!

Is this a new issue or has this been a problem since you bought your phone? There is a "volume limit" setting offered in the Music settings panel, but this should only affect music. You could try turning this on and off to see if it makes a difference. A reset of the phone may also be worth trying (hold down the Home and Power buttons until the phone shuts off. Then restart using the Power button.)
