Q: My calendars aren't uploading to Print Services, but I'm still getting charged for them. iPhoto 9.6.1 on an iMac with Yosemite 10.10.5. Please help!

I've tried twice now to order my calendars. It's taking a long time to upload it to Apple's Print Services, so I walk away, and come back later to find that the process bar hasn't moved. I've checked my bank account and noticed that I'm being charged for the calendars, but I haven't received a corresponding email saying that the order has been received. I contacted Apple the first time and was told that there was no order received, and was given a refund.

Unfortunately Print Services are currently closed so I can't get support re: how to upload these calendars (I'll deal with the refund later).

Using iPhoto 9.6.1 on an iMac with Yosemite 10.10.5.

Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem, please?

At the upper right hand corner of this page click on the this icon and select Orders:

    Highlight001.jpg

In the next window sign in to your Apple account with your Apple ID. The next window that appears will have info on your recent orders:

    Safari002.jpg

Credit cards do not get billed until the order is shipped.  Did you get a email form Apple confirming your order?

When the App Store opens call Apple Customer Service at 1-800-MY-APPLE.

Thanks, Old Toad. I followed your instructions and saw that there is nothing in my orders. And there was no confirmation email.

I called Apple Care and they said I needed to change from using iPhoto to Photos, but the same thing happened. I'm not sure what's causing the problem.
