Dec 11, 2015 3:17 PM in response to Nusoby razmee209,You probably should've stated that in your original post.
But from that link:
Still not activated after a day?
It might take up to 24 hours to activate iMessage and FaceTime. If you've waited more than 24 hours, follow these steps:
- Make sure that your device has the latest version of iOS.
- If you're using an iPhone, contact your carrier to make sure that you can receive SMS messages.
- Contact Apple Support.

Dec 16, 2015 10:25 AM in response to Nusoby Agileon,I had the same problem and this approach solved it for me:
Deactivate iMessage
Restart the iPhone
DO NO activate celluar services after restart (= do not enter your SIM Pincode yet)
Activate iMessage and login again with your AppleID
It activates immediately
Try sending iMessage to your own iPhone.
If this is ok, try to make a phonecall in order to be able to enter your SIM Pincode again.
Good luck
