Q: cannot move photos from 5c to pc. jpeg images only?

It is not helping me at all. all support links to apple wont go thru, all i get is an error message, some long alpha-number thing,. Have no idea how to move anything from iphone to pc at all. Don't understand what camera roll is , nor do i understand why I have storage problems. which is why i started looking into this in the first place. my first mistake was letting telus talk me into the stupid phone. oh gawd, i;m sorry, its made me crazy.....thank you for your reply though

IF your camera roll is empty what pictures are you trying to import t your computer? How did those photos get on your phone?
