This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons

It appears like this "This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons" and when I go to iforgot.apple.com to unlock my account it came out like this "xxx.yahoo.com is not an Apple ID." but my icloud was login using the same xxx.yahoo.com Apple ID which I cannot access to since I forgot the password. I think it appears that I've been using the same account for two different devices. I already created new Apple ID for both devices and it seems like one of my device is still attached to the old apple ID for the icloud which I cannot sign out! Someone please help me 😢
