Q: Best settings for iPhone and Photos for these results?

Ok. So here's what I would like to happen: I want the photos and videos that I take on my phone to automatically upload to iCloud so I can have them in Photos in my Macbook, but I don't want everything from my Macbook to appear on my iPhone. Can someone suggest what the best settings are to achieve this, if possible? Thank you.
