It sounds like there is an issue browsing websites, with Safari on your iPhone 6s Plus, which occurs when connecting to the Internet over the cellular data network or a Wi-Fi network. Does this issue occur with all websites or specific websites?

Dec 13, 2015 8:07 AM in response to HouHouYeby alexutd,Hello, I am not sure what is your issue exactly but I think resetting your network settings might work. This will remove all your saved Wifi passwords so make sure you remember them. To do so, go to Settings < General (Scroll Down) < Reset < Reset Network Settings. Enter your password and your iPhone will reset. Network Settings will be restored to default. I hope this will help you!
