Q: Unable to view HTML in Mail...do not see any settings for that in Mail Preferences.  How to I correct this?

Presently see email in text format only and do not see any settings relating to html in Mail Preferences.  How to I correct this, thank you!

    If the messages you are receiving were created in text mode, you will see them in text mode. If they were created using HTML, you will see HTML.

    Let me be a little clearer:  messages that show as html in other inboxes outside of Apple mail are displaying as ONLY text inside Apple mail.  The question is why and how do I correct it so that graphics and images are visible?  Thank you.

    Verify you have checked. download all attachments: Mail>Preferences>Accounts>Advanced

    Thank you, those are my settings already I'm afraid.  I still have to manually click the upper right hand corner to "load remote content".  That's what I am trying to address.
