Group message toggle doesn't appear

After reviewing your post, It sounds like you are trying to send a group message but the option is not available. Are you able to send and receive other text messages individually? I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.

Restart your device and check for updates

1. Restart your device.
2. Check for a carrier settings update.
3. Check for an iOS software update.

This didn't work for meI updated the latest carrier updates. And updated to 9.2 and no dice.

Still do not see the toggle for group mms
