I don't get sound when I open snapchat videos, except when I change my volume with the buttons. I have to do this every time, except when I'm using headphones. Is this a normal thing or not? If yes, how can I change this?

You probs already solved the problem but what you have to do is check to see if you have your silent switch set to on. If you do turn it off and sound will auto play on snapstories
