Sky Go Download Player - Access Denied

Hi I have recently bought my first Mac in ten years. I already have sky go and so I downloaded Silverlight etc and I am able to watch live. However it says I can download a program called Sky GO Download Player. When I do this it says 'Access Denied. The feature you are trying to access is prohibited by your browser.'

I am sure theres an easy workaround for this, I just can't find it.
