Q: App store still giving updates for other apple ID

I recently switched computers with my mum, so I have her old macbook, and she has my old desktop. But updates for her are still coming up on my App store. I've deauthorized her apple ID on my computer, and deauthorized my Apple ID on hers. They aren't doing any harm, they're just annoying and I want them to go away.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)

Welcome to Apple Support Communities

As you have switched computers, you have switched Apple IDs on them too, so you cannot use any of the apps your mum had on your Mac and viceversa. One way to fix this is to enable Family Sharing, so you can share the apps purchased with both Apple IDs -> Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support

You need to delete and redownload those applications; the other Apple ID is stored inside them.
