As you have switched computers, you have switched Apple IDs on them too, so you cannot use any of the apps your mum had on your Mac and viceversa. One way to fix this is to enable Family Sharing, so you can share the apps purchased with both Apple IDs -> Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support
