Remote Desktop Screenshare after OS X Update

I manage several Apple Computers for our business.

Often I update them remotely by using Screen Share to apply the updates from the App Store.

After OS X Updates I am unable to regain remote access to the machine until physically logging in and accepting the EULA and re-logging into iCloud and all that stuff that you do as if the machine were brand new. Until doing so, remote access to the system is unresponsive.

Is there a way to install a background system level application independent of login that will provide raw screen access and control that will allow remote access to Apple computers following a remote update to OS X?

OS X El Capitan (10.11)
