Pop ups on Facebook and Safari

I'be been getting pop up ads, when clicking links on Facebook, links that I've clicked before and trust such as "9GAG" and "collegehumor". But t link keeps sending me to another website and then a pop up appears and says " you've won the newest iPhone, collect it now" and everything around turns slightly grey and have no other choise than clicking OK. But I have NOT done that, i've just restarted the app, but that do work, and now the same thing is happeni on safari.

DOes my phone have a virus? What should I do?

THanks in advance

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2

HERE IS THE SOLUTION: It's one of the APPS WITHIN YOUR FB ACCOUNT that you gave permission in facebook some (long) time ago, that is injecting these rogue popup ads. I don't know which one exactly but when I went to: Facebook Preferences > Account Preferences > Apps ... there were dozens of old apps that I couldn't even remember ever to have used. I deleted them all (especially games and apps that I have no clue what they do or did) but the ones that are definitely legit. I had no more popups in the last days. Finally!
