I am about to migrate my PC to my Mac Pro 5.1.
Currently running Windows 7 (reverted from 8) on the PC and OS x of 10.9 (Maverick)
As I'm entitled to full copy of Win 10 is it better to upgrade before I migrate to OSx or after?
When should I upgrade my Mac OSx to El Cap?

I am confused. Do you plan to run widows on the Mac via Boot Camp?

Win 10 on a Mac Pro requires a 2013 Mac Pro.
However, it appears that you can update to Win 10 from Win 7 or 8 or 8.1
