Screen bleeding on Iphone 6s

i bought an Iphone 6s plus 3 days ago and after turning it on i noticed that it has some screen bleeding issue on the top edge of the phone, i went to the service in retail store and they told me that they will change it to a new one,but they said that they will only take the phone and not the box with it and it will take 5-10 days to ship a new one to me( just the phone) because they have to get it from Singapore. my question is that if i am going to get a new phone, why wouldn't they just give me a new phone from their stock and how can i know that the opened Iphone they are giving me after 5-10 days is new?

i payed a lot for that Iphone and i am not expecting to get a faulty phone and not being able to change it into a completely new one.

can anyone help me please?

iPhones replaced during the warranty, will not be shipped in the original box. The phone will be in a sealed box, especially created for the replacement process, there is not picture of the iPhone on the box, as it is on your original packing. The phone will have a new serial number and will also be covered by the ongoing warranty.

The phone will be new or refurbished, meaning, in case it had to be serviced, all parts have been extra checked by Apple again, to make sure that all standards are met.

I had to get my iPhone 4s replaced once, an could not tell the difference to a brand new device when I got it.

As the iPhone 6plus has only be released recently, your chances of getting a new one might be good.

But, Apple's terms of repair state, that in case the device has to be replaced, the device you get in return can be new or refurbished.

Sorry, it's like a brand new car, the moment you buy it, it will be seen as a used car, no matter who many miles you drove.
