Howdy Dbowlby,
It sounds like you haven't changed anything but all of a sudden your time is incorrect. I would suggest the troubleshooting in the following article to help you determine if you need to reach out to the carrier which supplies the date and time info to your phone:
Get help with the date and time on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

- Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS.
- Turn on Set Automatically in Settings > General > Date & Time. This will automatically set your date and time based on your time zone.
- Make sure that your time zone is set correctly. Tap Settings > General > Date & Time > Time Zone.
If you still have issues setting your date, time, or time zone, you can turn off Set Automatically in Settings > General > Date & Time and manually set the time and time zone. Or contact your carrier.
The option to turn on Set Automatically might not be available with all carriers or in all countries.
If the time on your iOS device is wrong after you sync it with your computer, your computer's time might be wrong. Check the time on your computer in
System Preferences > Date & Time. You might want to select "Set date and time automatically."
