Apple TVYou would need to remove the content from iTunes on the computer in order to remove it from the list of content on the Apple TV.

I have removed it from iTunes and emptied the Trash but viewed items are still appearing.

Are you sure you are using home sharing then (the app with the computer on) and not the movies app,

I'm not sure what you mean by that. Which app on the Apple TV do you use, “Movies” or “Computers”
