Q: FCP x Vectorscope to X2

I'm writing a book about digital cinematography so I have a chapter on waveform monitors, vectorscopes, test charts, etc. I made some demonstrations on FCP X using professional test charts (mostly from DSC Labs).  Sadly, I have to add a note about why the charts don't work quite right in FCP X because unlike professional vectorscopes and almost all other software — you can't set the vectorscope display to x2 (times two).

Anybody know a workaround?

Also — if you write to Apple with suggestions, please consider asking them to add this feature to future releases. Also, please consider asking them to make a roundtrip workflow from FCP X to Soundtrack Pro — still some great audio editing software (and it has several vital features that Logic Pro X lacks for soundtrack and dialog editing). At the film school where I teach, the audio teacher has won both the Academy Award and an Emmy and Soundtrack Pro is absolutely his favorite software. I know they have abandoned STP but just adding a way to roundtrip it shouldn't really be that difficult. Perhaps a third party might come up with a solution as they did with Automatic Duck and After Effects. We can only hope.
