pleas help i tried to restore my iphone 6 plus its told me error 4013 i tried to update i tunes on my mac and change usb i tried to do all of things and i have this error what should i do

Try these steps to restore your iOS device:
- Install the latest version of iTunes.
- Restart your computer.
- Check for updates to your Mac or PC. If you restart your computer for an update, check for updates again after you restart.
- Try to restore your device using another USB cable.
- Try to restore your device on another computer.
- Force your device to restart.
