I sent a message earlier about my Ipad . The error code was 1671

I was Updating my Ipsad 2 and accidently rebooted the Ipoad while it was still updating and this caused it to lock up. I now have a screen with ITunes logo and a usb cable on it. I tried restoring the unit thru ITunes on my PC. It is giving me an error code (1671) Can anyone give me help or is this Ipad trashed. I would appreciate any help anyone could give me

This person asked the same question. My response is the same as well.

I downloaded 9.2 update to my iPad 2 and it now has gone blank with a plug in iTunes symbol. I did that and my computer could not update it. I keep getting a 1671 error.

According to the thread below turning off the ant-virus of you computer should work.

He did. His iPad went into Recovery Mode while updating. He tried to restore i using iTunes on his computer and up popped error code 1671. WHat to do next ?
