Dec 13, 2015 4:19 PM in response to f.azhariby FoxFifth,One possibility -- if the first screen of Launchpad is full (7 wide by 5 deep, at least on my screen) apps that won't fit there will be on a subsequent screen which you can access by sliding the first screen to the left. See the following for more details: Mac Basics: Launchpad is the fast way to find and open your apps - Apple Support
Another possibility -- when you installed Office 2016 for Mac you may have installed it in a location other than the Applications folder. Launchpad won't include it if it isn't in the Application folder. You can view the Application folder in Finder by opening Finder and in the Finder Go menu click Applications. More details about applications in Launchpad: OS X El Capitan: Use Launchpad to view and open apps
A third possibility -- maybe you mean that Word, Powerpoint, etc are not displaying in the Dock rather than in Launchpad? If that is the case, you can add them to the Dock by opening Finder, use the Finder Go menu to open the Application folder, find Microsoft Word there and then drag it to the Dock.
