Why - your appletv is not supported to play this content

Hi

I've got an apple tv (3rd Gen)

I have gone into Movies within appletv, paid to download/watch a movie and then i get

"Your appletv is not authorized to play this content"

I have turned off restrictions on movie ratings. But his error / message keeps coming up

Have you bought it from the iTunes store in your region and are you using the account the Apple TV is logged into, is the account registered in the region you are now in.

Have you tried, restarting the router or the Apple TV yet.
