Bonjour service disabled

I have recently upgraded to win 10 on my laptop. Now I cannot sync my iPad or iPhone with this laptop, I have an error message that states The Bonjour service is disabled.

I have uninstalled iTunes about 20 times using Apples guide to uninstalling and reinstalling with latest iTunes with no luck. I have updated my laptop with all the latest updates.

In Control Panel neither the iPad or iPhone is listed but the Apple USB driver is listed.

Strange thing is my wifes laptop, which is identical in every way to mine, is able to sync her iPhone with no problems and will even see my iPhone/iPad.

OK so the question is why does one laptop see my phone but the other doesn't?

What can I do to fix the problem?

Yes I have tried different cables and USB ports.

Any help would be appreciated.
