Q: Email an attachment over 100mb... Help?
HI folks,
So, I have an iMovie project that's trapped in my iPad! I don't have enough memory to save it to video on the iPad, but I have an older iPad in the house with enough space. (no Airdrop on older iPad) I finally was able to get the iMovie project to export to email, but when I try to send it to the mail account on the other iPad I get an error message- 'Attachment is over 100mb, you must connect to a wifi network'. But I AM connected to wifi on both iPads (same network even). This is infuriating, my movie is stuck and I can't do anything with it. All my gigs are used up by the video clips I used to make the iMovie, so I can't erase any of the clips to make space to save the iMovie! It's an endless cycle of Apple despair! If anyone can help me out, they're my hero. I need to get this video posted on YouTube, and I can't do it right from iMovie because it's over 15 minutes long, and even though I have a confirmed YouTube account to allow over 15 minute uploads, the export to YouTube option on iMovie enforces the 15 minute rule... Aaaaargh. Defeated at every turn. Im flabbergasted that Apple has done nothing to address this 'trapped project' issue on iMovie- I've only seen 9 trillion other people with this same issue! I figure if I can get it emailed to the older iPad, I can save it, and then upload to YouTube from the actual YouTube site. Thanks for your help
