Sorry to hear that your unable to see what is on your screen. Let's see if we can get that fixed for you.
Based on what you have tried, you can skip the first step of troubleshooting as we know it is already powered on. The next thing you can try restarting your iPhone by holding the Home and Sleep/Wake Button for about 10 seconds to see if you can see the Apple logo. If it does, you should be good to go. If not, take a look a the rest of the troubleshooting outlined below.

If you see a solid color screen (black, white, or blue)
- Plug in your device to a power source. If you see the low-battery screen when you plug in, let your device charge for at least 10 minutes (20 minutes for iPad) before using it.
- Force restart your device while it's plugged in.
- If this doesn't work, restore your device.
- If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.
